SOVEREIGNTY BEGINS WITH MEASUREMENT
We are developing the instrument and continuing its evaluation program.
NeoMundi is opening its AI Observatory to document observable AI system outputs and evaluate calculated signals under explicit conditions.
We document signals and the conditions needed to interpret them.
The goal is to consolidate the method, enrich datasets, industrialize protocols, and gradually build a documented reference framework for signal evaluation and its use in AI system analysis.
The Observatory is designed to encourage cooperation without extraction, attribution without ego capture, and measurement without proclamation.
